This site collects as little as it can. It sets no cookies, shows no advertising, and shares nothing with anyone for marketing.

Visits to this website

Page views are counted using Plausible Analytics , which is privacy-first and cookieless. It records the page visited, the referring site, and a coarse country, device type and browser. It does not set cookies, does not follow you between websites, and never stores anything that identifies you personally. No consent banner appears because there is nothing to consent to.

The contact form

What you type into the form on the contact page is sent to Diana by email through Plain Sight Forms, and nowhere else. That means your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write. It is used to reply to you and to arrange sessions, never added to a mailing list. Ask at any time and it will be deleted.

Sessions themselves

Anything you share in a coaching session is confidential and is not part of this website. Diana will talk you through how session notes are handled when you begin working together.

Hosting

The site is served by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for a short period as a normal part of running a web server.

Questions, or a request

To ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to diana@awarenessandflow.com . Ontario residents can also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
